I am a 24 year old southern made creative. The southern style shows through my specialty made desserts. My many years of trial and error mixed with some formal training at Johnson & Wales University all led me to this point. I started LEX EATS in the summer of 2020 because I wanted a job I actually enjoyed going to everyday. It has hands down been the best decision I could have ever made. It is truly a science but, there is always room for creativity and innovation. That is what I love most about my business, I get to push the boundaries and put my own twist on everything I do to make it unique. My mission at LEX EATS is to make people experience the same feeling of fullness in their hearts that I experience preparing my delectable desserts.
